They responded very nicely to me. Tonight, I recontacted them by e-mail suggesting a 25th Anniversary re-issue of Robotech for 2010/'11.

It's the Palm Action Orguss from Megahouse (a division of Bandai). It's only a little over three inches tall, but converts to all four modes (Orgroid, Gerwalk, Flyer and Tank). There is also a Nikick that likewise can convert to all of its modes.
