Look for some of the old fairy tales that Nickelodeon used to play in the mornings (especially on weekends) back about 15-20 years ago. They were anime
tellings of the stories, apparently dubbed by Streamline or a related studio (never did find the credits for them - then again, those were the types of things
that actors did "on the sly", for less than scale under an assumed name).
I used to picture them as Exedore reading bedtime stories to Dana while babysitting, because the narrator was Exedore's VA, and most of the cast had also worked on Robotech. I believe that the particular one I remember had Melanie MacQueen (Lisa/Marlene) playing the lead role, but those things don't show up on her IMDB entry, and was one of those stories that Disney has their own version of (sleeping beauty, perhaps?).
