Disregarding past controversies regarding the production of this animated film, what do fans really know about it? I'm looking at some of the convention panels and events that went on so far, but no dice. Have any of the Harmony Gold reps talked about this project in any recent conventions? SATURDAY MAY 16 1:00PM - LP7 (London Room) -- Robotech: Past, Present, Future Join Robotech.com webmaster Steve Yun as he covers the history of the animated series that introduced a generation to anime, and discusses upcoming new releases in the wake of the announcement of the live action feature film. Or are they still musing over the Robotech "live action feature film", which Harmony Gold is not liable to talk about anyway?

I would have really liked to have attended, given Mari Iijima was also a guest (not to mention the return of Sonoda). Marcon, the SF convention I attended this weekend, had Rebecca Forstadt as a guest, but I didn't attend any of her panels, there being other panels in conflict I wanted to attend.
